Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Southeast). They blew past the Brookfield Warriors 17-1 on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.
Morgan Muncy was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Muncy was even better at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
In other batting news, Lilly Hayes and Ava Stephens did most of the damage at the plate: Hayes went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Stephens went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Bailey Morris, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
