Volleyball Game Preview: Strafford Indians vs. Logan-Rogersville Wildcats

Strafford has won eight straight games at home, while Logan-Rogersville has won eight straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Monday. The Indians will host the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. Strafford will be strutting in after a win while Logan-Rogersville will be coming in after a defeat.

Strafford's tournament run continued when they took on Glendale on Saturday. The Indians walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Falcons.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Strafford was: they took both sets by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15.

Meanwhile, after a string of 12 wins, Logan-Rogersville's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of West Plains by a score of 3-2.

Logan-Rogersville took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 16-25, 19-25, 25-22, 15-5.

Logan-Rogersville's loss dropped their record down to 13-2. As for Strafford, their win bumped their record up to 17-1-2.
