Football Recap: Iowa City Drops Highest Score of Season Against Cedar Falls

Iowa City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost to the Cedar Falls Tigers on the road by a 40-21 margin. On the bright side, the 21- point effort marked the Little Hawks' highest-scoring match to date.

Iowa City's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Cedar Falls, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Iowa City will welcome Norwalk at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cedar Falls, they will face off against Hempstead at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
