Brewbaker Tech entered their tilt with Carver Montgomery on Wednesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Wolverines 18-11. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 12-10 win on Wednesday.

Cameron Allen made a splash while hitting and pitching. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits. Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, Taylor Stiner and Michael Woody did most of the damage at the plate: Stiner scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in both of his plate appearances, while Woody scored two runs while going 1-for-2. Stiner is becoming a predictor of Brewbaker Tech's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-1 (and 6-12 when he doesn't). Chris Lewis was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base.
