Basketball Recap: Dixon Triumphs

Dixon lost to Pleasant Plains back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Dukes & Duchesses walked away with a 48-36 win over the Cardinals. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Dukes & Duchesses.

Dixon's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Pleasant Plains, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Looking ahead, Dixon will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Geneseo at 7:00 p.m. As for Pleasant Plains, they will take on Warrensburg-Latham at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
