Softball Recap: Marshall Tigers vs. Waseca Bluejays

Marshall can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They blew past the Waseca Bluejays 13-1. The victory was nothing new for Marshall as they're now sitting on four straight.

Morgan Bjella was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). Bjella has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances. Bjella was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 3-for-3.
