Football Recap: Dawson County Red Devils vs. Lockwood LIONS
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Custer County, Dawson County was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 38-31 win over the Lockwood LIONS. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Red Devils considering their six-point performance the game before.
Although Lockwood took the loss, they still got scores from Benito Talamantes, Zane Anderson, and Landon Merry.
Dawson County's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-2. As for Lockwood, they now also have a losing record at 1-2.
Dawson County will head out on the road to square off against Havre at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lockwood, they will take on Fergus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
