If Quitman was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Ore City on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs fell 3-1 to the Harmony Eagles on Friday. The Bulldogs' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Harmony scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-17, 24-26, 25-17, 25-17.

Quitman's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Harmony, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.

Coming up, Quitman will be playing at home against Grand Saline at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Bulldogs' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Harmony, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Grace Community at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
