Soccer Recap: Sherman Comes Up Short

Sherman lost against Lincoln County back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tide lost 11-0 to the Panthers. That's two games in a row now that Sherman have lost by exactly 11 goals.

Sherman's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Lincoln County, with the win, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 3-9-3.

The future could be bright for both Sherman and Lincoln County: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. The Tide will look to extend Magnolia's six-game losing streak when they meet at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Lincoln County will try to hand Spring Valley their third-straight defeat when the two meet at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
