Holy Child had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They wound up on the wrong side of a tough 22-1 walloping at the hands of the Atlantic Collegiate Academy Armada on Thursday.

For Atlantic Collegiate Academy's part, the team relied heavily on Sophia Ioviero, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Ioviero has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Alora Blackman, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI and two doubles.

The win was the fourth in a row for Atlantic Collegiate Academy, bringing their record for this year to 4-5.
