Baseball Recap: Rangeview's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

Rangeview came into Monday's contest having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 9-6 win over the Kennedy Commanders on Monday. The Raiders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Commanders, too.

The team relied heavily on Colten Burch, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Rangeview is 2-1 when Burch posts two or more stolen bases, but 6-13-1 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Wyatt De Jesus, who earned two runs and four stolen bases.

Rangeview's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-7-1 and their overall record up to 8-14-1. As for Kennedy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12.

As of now, neither Rangeview nor the Commanders have any future games scheduled.
