Willowbrook won the last time they faced Addison Trail and things went their way  on Monday too. The Warriors put the hurt on the Blazers with a sharp  11-1 victory. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by seven  runs or more this season.
 Noah Edison tossed a big game,   pitching five innings while giving up just one earned run off   seven  hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Jake Bonino was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with three  stolen bases, two  runs,  and two  RBI. That's the most  stolen bases  he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ryan Bannon, who  went 1-for-2 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
Willowbrook's win bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Addison Trail, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
Willowbrook will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Blazers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
