If Mojave was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Owens Valley last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mustangs took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Immanuel Christian Crusaders on Monday. The Mustangs' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

While Mojave ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-17, 20-25, 25-23.

Elizabeth Lowry was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 18 digs. Those 18 digs gave her a new career-high.

Mojave's loss dropped their record down to 5-10-1. As for Immanuel Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-16 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mojave is set to challenge their familiar foe Lone Pine at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Immanuel Christian will square off against rival Trona at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
