Basketball Recap: Sioux City West Comes Up Short

Sioux City West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Sioux City East Black Raiders and fell 96-47. The Wolverines were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 62-25.

Sioux City West's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Sioux City East, they pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Sioux City West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 85-80 win against Hinton on the 1st. As for Sioux City East, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 102-56 victory against Jefferson on the 31st.
