Basketball Game Preview: St. Joseph Academy Crusaders vs. Escondido Cougars + How To Watch

The St. Joseph Academy Crusaders will venture away from home to take on the Escondido Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. St. Joseph Academy has given up an average of 56.1 points per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

That was a full 53.3% of the Crusaders' points, marking the fifth time in a row Gale has posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Blaise McMahon, who scored ten points.

Meanwhile, Escondido lost to Calvin Christian at home by a 49-31 margin on Friday.

St. Joseph Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Escondido, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

St. Joseph Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Escondido when the teams last played back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 66-61 win.
