Gibbs scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Friday. Everything went their way against the Bayshore Christian Faith Warriors as the Gibbs Gladiators made off with an 18-8 win. The victory was just what Gibbs needed coming off of a 10-1 loss in their prior match.

Gibbs got a massive performance out of Max Savage, who scored five runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Amarion Lewis was another key contributor, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two triples, two RBI, and a run.

Gibbs' win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. As for Bayshore Christian, they haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
