Soccer Game Preview: Campbell vs. Johns Creek

The Campbell Spartans will head out on the road to square off against the Johns Creek Gladiators at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Campbell's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Northview 5-0.

Meanwhile, Johns Creek had just enough and edged out Dunwoody 2-1 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for Johns Creek in their matchups with Dunwoody: they've now won six in a row.

Marcela Aston and Baileigh Robinson scored both of Johns Creek's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Campbell's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Johns Creek, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Campbell skirted past Johns Creek 3-2 in their previous meeting back in February of 2025. Will the Spartans repeat their success, or do the Gladiators have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
