Volleyball Recap: Harborfields Takes a Loss

Harborfields lost against Sayville back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tornadoes came up short against the Golden Flashes, falling 3-0. The Tornadoes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-22, 25-22, 25-15.

Sayville found their leader in freshman Jenna Brown, who had 13 digs and 12 assists. Those 13 digs set a new season-high mark for Brown. Reese Walters also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assists of the season.

Harborfields' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for Sayville, their victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-3.

As of now, neither Harborfields nor the Golden Flashes have any future games scheduled.
