Volleyball Preview: Burns Hilanders vs. Grant Union Prospectors        
        
		
             Burns has been away from home for six games now, but  on Tuesday they'll finally make their return. They will host the Grant Union Prospectors  at 6:00  p.m. Burns will be strutting in after a  victory while Grant Union will be coming in after a  defeat.
 Last Thursday,  everything went Burns' way against Vale as Burns made off with  a  3-0 win.
 Burns was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-21,  25-10.
 Burns' success was spearheaded by the efforts of   Chloe Rothwell, who  had five  digs and 25  assists, and   Bailey Temple, who  had 12  digs. Temple is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had ten or more in the last three games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Burns  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 11  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least seven  aces in five consecutive  games.
 Meanwhile, Grant Union was not able to break out of their rough patch  two weeks ago as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They lost  3-0 to Burns. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  defeat the Prospectors have suffered  since September 12th.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-14,  25-13.
 Burns is  on a roll lately: they've  won 15 of their last 17 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 28-4-3 record  this season. As for Grant Union, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.
 Burns took their  victory against Grant Union  when the teams last played  two weeks ago by a conclusive  3-0. Does  Burns have another victory up their sleeve, or will Grant Union turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
