Flag Football Recap: Bowdon Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bowdon can now relate to. They lost 34-12 to the Marist War Eagles on Thursday. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Red Devils, who until this contest were averaging 13.25 points allowed.

Although Bowdon took the loss, they still got scores from Meg Robinson and Kate Robinson.

Bowdon moved to 11-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Marist, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-7.
