Basketball Recap: Campbell Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Campbell can now relate to. They fell to the St. Thomas Aquinas Saints 71-66. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against St. Thomas Aquinas this season, with their most recent defeat being a 63-55 loss back in January.

Campbell's defeat dropped their record down to 16-3. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

Campbell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they will square off against Belmont on Wednesday. Belmont will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something St. Thomas Aquinas surely won't give up without a fight.
