Baseball Recap: Madeira Takes a Loss

Madeira fell victim to Cincinnati Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars. The MUSTANGS/AMAZONS were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cougars earlier this season, when they won 11-1.

Madeira dropped their record down to 17-11 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Cincinnati Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Madeira nor Cincinnati Christian have any future games scheduled.
