Volleyball Recap: Norman Falls Short Against Ranked Oklahoma Christian

Norman faced Oklahoma Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Tigers fell just short of the Saints by a score of 3-2. The Tigers have struggled against the Saints recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Norman wouldn't go down easily and took Oklahoma Christian into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. The final score came out to 16-25, 25-18, 25-14, 18-25, 16-14.

Norman's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Oklahoma Christian, they pushed their record up to 10-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Norman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Cascia Hall on the 23rd. As for Oklahoma Christian, they will welcome Lincoln Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
