Basketball Recap: Conestoga Cougars vs. Arlington Eagles
Conestoga was the 55-47 winner over Arlington when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Conestoga Cougars took a 64-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Arlington Eagles on Friday.
Trent Koger was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 25 points and 21 rebounds for Arlington. Koger has become a key player for Arlington: the team is 8-4 when he posts at least ten boards, but 3-4 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Schuyler Logemann, who went 5 for 9 to rack up 15 points.
Conestoga has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.
