Baseball Recap: Kennett Takes a Loss

Kennett was the 11-0 winner over Fredericktown when they last played one another back in May of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Black Cats on Wednesday.

Hayden Gilmore was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run.

Kennett's defeat dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Fredericktown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-8.

As of now, neither Kennett nor the Black Cats have any future games scheduled.
