Volleyball Recap: Snowflake's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Snowflake entered their tilt with St. Johns on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Redskins by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lobos also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2023.

Hailey Jones was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had nine aces and six assists. Those nine aces gave her a new career-high.

Jones wasn't the only good servers: Snowflake was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in six consecutive contests.

Snowflake's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for St. Johns, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 5-4 record.

Snowflake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Youngker on the 19th. As for St. Johns, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Pima on the 19th.
