Standley Lake managed to keep up with D'Evelyn until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Gators came up short against the Jaguars, falling 5-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Standley Lake of the 7-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Standley Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-3. As for D'Evelyn, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3-1 record this season.
