Baseball Recap: Beauregard Has No Trouble Against Childersburg

Beauregard never let their opponents score on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Childersburg Tigers as they made off with a 10-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-1 on Saturday.

The win got Beauregard back to even at 13-13. As for Childersburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beauregard will head out to face off against Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Hornets surely won't give up without a fight. As for Childersburg, they will square off against Altamont at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Knights' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Tigers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
