Volleyball Recap: McLane Triumphs

McLane won the last time they faced Fresno and things went their way on Thursday too. The McLane Highlanders walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Fresno Warriors. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Highlanders.

McLane was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-22, 23-25, 25-18.

McLane now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Fresno, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, McLane will venture away from home to take on El Capitan at 6:00 p.m. on March 13th. El Capitan will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something McLane surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fresno, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Ripon Christian on the 7th.
