The Patrick Henry Patriots won the last time they faced the Elmwood Royals, and things went their way on Monday too. Patrick Henry strolled past Elmwood with points to spare, taking the game 54-35. Given Patrick Henry's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 196th, while Elmwood is ranked 646th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leading Patrick Henry to victory were Ada Christman and Carys Crossland. Christman scored nine points along with 14 rebounds and two steals, while Crossland scored 14 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Addie Schwab, who scored six points along with two steals.
