Basketball Recap: Leipsic Takes a Loss

Leipsic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Pandora-Gilboa Rockets an easy 55-29 victory. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 50-33 back in November.

Leipsic's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Pandora-Gilboa, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Leipsic will be home for the holidays to greet Columbus Grove at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Pandora-Gilboa, they will welcome Hardin Northern at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday.
