For the second straight game, Rice Lake will face off against Menomonie. The Warriors will host the Mustangs at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Rice Lake is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Rice Lake is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Wisconsin's top teams: Menomonie, who was ranked fifth at the time (Rice Lake was ranked eighth). The Warriors might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 3-2 to the Mustangs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Madi Rowe made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Rice Lake's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Menomonie, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.
