Softball Recap: Clovis Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Clovis's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Goddard Rockets on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Wildcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Clovis' defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Goddard, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-8.

While Clovis had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
