Soccer Game Preview: Wayne County vs. Ware County

The Wayne County Yellow Jackets will venture away from home to square off against the Ware County Gators at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wayne County's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Wayne County's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Perry, sneaking past 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Wayne County were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Ware County was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They came up short against Benedictine, falling 4-0. The defeat continues a trend for Ware County in their meetings with Benedictine: they've now lost three in a row.

The win got Wayne County back to even at 2-2. As for Ware County, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-1.
