Staples extended their postseason success on Saturday against Norwalk. They were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over the Bears. That 11-run margin sets a new team best for the Wreckers this season.

The win (which was Staples' fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Norwalk, their loss dropped their record down to 19-6.
