Baseball Recap: Taconic Hills Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Taconic Hills can now relate to. They fell just short of the Hoosick Falls Panthers by a score of 4-3 on Thursday. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gavin Hartka made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.

Taconic Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Hoosick Falls, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season.
