Softball Recap: Calloway County Comes Up Short

Calloway County fell victim to Marshall County and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 7-0 to the Marshals. The Lakers have struggled against the Marshals recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Calloway County's loss dropped their record down to 2-22. As for Marshall County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 27-4.

Coming up, Calloway County will square off against Mayfield at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Marshall County, they will challenge Ballard Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
