Mt. Vernon won the last time they faced Washington and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mt. Vernon Mustangs simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Washington Demons 65-37. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Mt. Vernon's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points over those games. As for Washington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.
