Soccer Recap: Hamshire-Fannett Comes Up Short

Hamshire-Fannett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They fell 4-2 to the East Chambers Buccaneers. While losing is never fun, the Longhorns can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 829th, while the Buccaneers are ranked 170th).

Hamshire-Fannett's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for East Chambers, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-2-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Hamshire-Fannett nor East Chambers have any future games scheduled.
