Softball Recap: Geneva County Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Geneva County's offense. They lost 17-0 to the Pike Road Patriots on Friday. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Geneva County's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Pike Road, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-19.

Geneva County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 16-0 win against Poplar Springs on the 14th. As for Pike Road, they have also already played their next contest, an 8-7 defeat against Long on the 11th.
