Yerington waltzed into their contest on Saturday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. Everything went their way against the Sierra Lutheran Falcons as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Yerington never let Sierra Lutheran on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-12, 25-19.

Yerington's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Sierra Lutheran, their loss ended a seven-match streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 10-4.
