There's no place like home for Chicago University, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Lake Forest Academy Caxys by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The Maroons haven't had any issues with the Caxys recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Chicago University never let Lake Forest Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-14.

Chicago University's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Lake Forest Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.

Looking ahead, Chicago University is taking a road trip to challenge Cristo Rey Jesuit at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lake Forest Academy, they will be playing at home against Latin at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
