Basketball Recap: Bertha-Hewitt Takes a Loss

Bertha-Hewitt has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They lost 62-41 to the Rothsay Tigers on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bears have suffered since January 31st.

Bertha-Hewitt's defeat dropped their record down to 21-7. As for Rothsay, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bertha-Hewitt will host Upsala at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Upsala will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Bertha-Hewitt surely won't give up without a fight. As for Rothsay, they will challenge Park Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
