The Academy at Palumbo Griffin got the win against the Thomas A. Edison Owls on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Griffin.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Academy at Palumbo took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-4, 25-13, 25-15.

Anna Bracali paced Academy at Palumbo's offense, picking up ten kills. Bracali got some help from Eva Truong and her 21 assists. Truong was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.
