Basketball Recap: Westinghouse Warriors vs. Ridgewood Rebels        
        
		
             Westinghouse won against Elmwood Park  last Saturday with 44  points and they decided to stick to that  point total again  on Wednesday. The Westinghouse Warriors walked away with  a   44-34  win over the Ridgewood Rebels. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Warriors.
  Jamilah Jackson had a dynamite game for Westinghouse,  dropping  a double-double on 18 points and 12  rebounds. Jackson has been hot for a while, having also posted three or more  steals the last 26 times she's  played.  Tiara Harris was another key player,  scoring 12 points in addition to six  rebounds and two  steals.
 Westinghouse's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Ridgewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westinghouse will challenge Whitney Young at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Ridgewood, they and Glenbard South are set to duel  on Tuesday. Glenbard South's defense has only allowed 29.8  points per game  this season, so Ridgewood's offense will have their work cut out for them.
