Soccer Game Preview: Normal University vs. Peoria Notre Dame

Normal University is 0-10 against Peoria Notre Dame since October of 2016 but things could change on Saturday. The Pioneers will be playing at home against the Irish at 10:00 a.m. Normal University's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Tuesday, Normal University and Glenwood finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Peoria Notre Dame waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Chargers with a sharp 9-1 win. The result was nothing new for Peoria Notre Dame, who have now won seven matches by three goals or more so far this season.

With that draw, Normal University's record moves to 10-9-4. As for Peoria Notre Dame, their victory bumped their record up to 12-3-3.
