After losing to Colonial the last time they met, Master's Academy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Master's Academy Eagles snuck past the Colonial Grenadiers with a 70-65 win on Thursday.

Colonial lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Whitfield Bynoe, who went 6 of 10 en route to 19 points along with five rebounds and three steals. What's more, he also racked up four assists, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jayden Grenlief, who went 7 for 11 on his way to 17 points and seven boards.

Master's Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.2 points over those games. As for Colonial, their loss dropped their record down to 13-10.

Master's Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 73-31 victory against New Dimensions on the 31st. As for Colonial, they have also already played their next match, a 62-58 defeat against Boone on the 31st.
