Volleyball Game Preview: South Summit Wildcats vs. North Summit Braves

South Summit hasn't had much luck against North Summit recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Wildcats will head out on the road to face off against the Braves at 6:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, South Summit didn't have quite enough to beat North Sevier and fell 3-2.

South Summit might've come up short, but they didn't make it easy on North Sevier: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-27, 22-25, 25-22, 25-22, 15-13.

Meanwhile, North Summit entered their tilt with Duchesne on Tuesday with 14 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 15. They blew past the Eagles 3-0.

While North Summit won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-7, 25-22.

South Summit's defeat dropped their record down to 3-20. As for North Summit, their victory bumped their record up to 16-4.

South Summit might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from North Summit in their previous matchup two weeks ago. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
