Matawan Regional's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Toms River East, their victory bumped their record up to 7-0.

Matawan Regional didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 4-1 win against Monmouth Regional on the 4th. As for Toms River East, they will head out to take on Christian Brothers Academy on Monday. Christian Brothers Academy will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Toms River East surely won't give up without a fight.
