Pallotti won the last time they faced St. Mary and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Pallotti Panthers came out on top in a nail-biter against the St. Mary's Saints, sneaking past 42-40. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

St. Mary's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bailey Harris, who posted 17 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexandra Vandiver, who scored 13 points and six boards.

Pallotti is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season. As for St. Mary's, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-15.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pallotti will host Mercy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Pallotti is facing Mercy at the right time seeing as Mercy is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for St. Mary's, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Roland Park Country at 5:30 p.m.
